Upcoming recycling facility closure

The Municipal recycling facility located at 15109 Route 19, Strathlorne, NS B0E 1N0 will be closed for 2 weeks from Monday, September 16. It will re-open to the public on, Tuesday, October 1.

Please note, this is NOT the enviro depot bottle drop on the Scotsville Rd.

The blue bag recycling program for residential collection will continue. However, there will be a 1-week delay. For example if recycling isn’t picked up the of September 16, it will be picked up the week of September 23.

While the facility will be closed to the public, bins will remain available for ICI customers to drop off blue bags and cardboard.

The closure is to make adaptations to improve processes within the facility. Apologies for any inconvenience.
