Municipality of the County of Inverness

Volunteer Recognition 2021: Wayne MacKinnon

Congratulations, Wayne Mac Kinnon!
The Shean Trail Committee is happy to nominate Wayne MacKinnon as our Volunteer of the Year.
Wayne is the unofficial ambassador for the Shean Trail. He can be found most days cleaning up the trail, trimming trees, or clearing windfalls. Since Wayne is on the trail so often, he meets many travellers and is willing to answer questions about the trail and its history. His quick wit and gift for storytelling usually leads to many smiles and laughs for all.
We would like to thank Wayne for all that he does to make the Shean Trail experience a positive one for all users.
Congratulations, Wayne!
