St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Whycocomagh, is proud to recognize the volunteer efforts of “one of its own,” Holly Matthews.
Holly was baptized at St. Andrew’s and then became a member of St. Andrew’s in 1982. She attended Sunday School and sang in the church choir, in years past. Holly moved to Halifax in 1990, where she worked for several years as a caregiver at Northwood Seniors Home. Returning to Whycocomagh in 2012, Holly continues to volunteer at the church. Whether baking, working breakfasts and dinners, supporting all fund-raising activities or volunteering her time as church caretaker, Holly is always ready and willing to lend a helping hand.
St. Andrew’s Church sincerely thanks Holly for her friendship and volunteer efforts.
Congratulations, Holly!
