Charlotte Miller
Congratulations, Charlotte Miller!
L’Arche Cape Breton is proud to nominate our Board Chair, Charlotte Miller as our 2023 Volunteer of the Year.
Charlotte is a soft-spoken leader in our community, and she brings great compassion and professionalism to her role. She will soon celebrate 10 years of building community with L’Arche Cape Breton.
Charlotte is a strong advocate for L’Arche and for people with intellectual disabilities, especially in her dealings with our government partners. As Board Chair, Charlotte makes sure there is a place for people to be heard, and she always seeks to understand. She has been a steady and supportive board member through the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. If L’Arche is struggling with illness or an unexpected challenge, she is always ready to comfort a house with homemade treats and snacks.
We are lucky to have you, Charlotte!
