Chris Middaugh
Congratulations, Chris Middaugh!
The Shean Trail Committee, Inverness, would like to nominate Chris Middaugh as our Volunteer of the Year. Chris started volunteering on the Shean Trail while attending high school in Inverness and has been volunteering ever since.
Although Chris works out of the province, he volunteers whenever he is home. Chris is often seen with his grandfather, clearing windfalls, ditching, filling in pot holes, replacing decking on the bridges (especially the trestle which is an annual task), or putting the finishing touches to repairs done on the trail.
Chris takes great pride in the Shean Trail and does his part to keep it safe for all users, community members and tourists alike. If you see a volunteer under forty working on the Shean Trail, say hi to Chris!
The Shean Trail Committee would like to thank Chris for his many hours of volunteer service!
Congratulations!
