About the Program:

Funded by the Nova Scotia Health Community Health Board Wellness Fund, the intergenerational cooking workshops aim to reduce isolation, combat ageism, and foster improved communication and connection between generations. The Wellness Fund supports non-profit groups working to enhance health and well-being within their communities by addressing priorities identified by local Community Health Boards.

Stay tuned for information about upcoming workshops, which will be shared as soon as available.
