Application for Connection or Disconnection (Including Seasonal) for Existing Water Account

If you are an existing water utility customer looking to connect/disconnect your water, please fill out this form.

*Please note:

  • Applications must be received a minimum of one week prior to the requested connect/disconnect date.
  • Water utility account balances must be up to date before a connection/disconnection will be made.

If you are a NEW water utility customer, you must first request for a new water connection here:

*If disconnection is required because there is no operable shut off valve serving the dwelling, an isolation valve must be installed by the homeowner.  A municipal disconnection fee will still apply.

*Please note applications must be received a minimum of one week prior to the requested connect/disconnect date.

Fees:

Connections: Free of charge

Disconnection Fee: $60. If this request is required outside of regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.), a fee of $160 will be charged.

Missed Appointments: If a customer fails to show up for an appointment, there may be a charge of $25.
