The owner agrees to abide by the Schedule of Rates and Regulations approved by the Nova Scotia Energy & Regulatory Board (formerly knowns as Nova Scotia Utility & Review Board).
The owner further agrees to accept service as may be rendered and hold the Inverness County Water Utility free from any action from damages which may result due to lack of or inability to supply water at any time.
