Municipality of the County of Inverness

Councillor Blair W. Phillips

I have lived in Margaree Valley my whole life and lived next to my parents home since I was married 44 years ago. My wife Sherma and I have 2 sons Ryan {Helen} and Jordan {Jennifer} and 4 grandchildren Corwyn, Morgana, Chloe and Cohen. Our son Ryan is in the Armed Forces and Jordan works at Port Hawkesbury Paper.

I was a forest worker for many years and in 2002 I changed careers and became a paramedic. I worked at this for almost 19 years and officially retired on October 31 2022.

After a few friends suggested I run for Councillor I decided to jump in with both feet. I have an office at Cranton Crossroads Community Centre that I use for meetings when needed. My work phone is 902 323 0019 and home is 902 248 2357. Due to poor cell service fell free to call me at home any time or email me and I will get back to you.
