Community Wellness Day, Dalbrae Academy

The event will begin outdoors with a Fun Family Friendly  2km Trail Walk / 5km Trail Run followed by a full day of Wellness Fair Presentations and Mini Sessions indoors at Dalbrae Academy.

Please bring your own yoga matt, water bottle and runners

8:30am -Registration (Dalbrae Parking Lot)

8:45 am -Pre Work Out warm up with Michelle Greenwell

9:00 am -Race start

Vendor set up time is from 8:30 am to 10:00 am – Saturday Morning

Wellness Day Fair Schedule of Presenters (subject to change)

10:00 am  – Dr. Kristen Sutherland – “Eat well, Think Well, Move Well, Be Well” – Board Room

10:30 am -Vaclav Vasil Myotherapy demonstration and discussion– Board Room

11:00 am-  Yoga with Lindsay McGinnis -Gym

12:00 am- Tia Chi – Outdoors weather permitting/ In gym if necessary

1:00  pm – Tanya Levy – Beingness

1:30  pm- Kelly’s Holistic Healing – “Living in Balance with Holistic Nutrition:” – Library

2:00  pm – Roni Davis – Redefining How We Approach Healthy Eating and Weight Loss -Board Room

2:30 pm – Michelle Greenwell- Walking in Gates – Board Room

3:00 pm – Nordic Walking – With Nadine Hunt ( this will occur outdoors if weather permits) – and conclude with a short guided hike
