NOTICE OF APPROVAL

By-Law Adoption for the

Municipality of the County of Inverness

 

Please take notice that the Council of the Municipality

of the County of Inverness has approved and adopted:

By-Law No. 51:

VENDING BY-LAW

The purpose of By-Law No. 51: VENDING BY-LAW is to regulate the sale, or offering for sale, of food, beverages, goods or merchandise not in an enclosed permanent structure, whether on Municipal property or private property within the Municipality.

This By-Law has repealed and replaced By-Law 15: Auctioneers, Pedlars, Hawkers, and Traders of Goods.

Second Reading and adoption was given to By-Law No. 51: VENDING BY-LAW at the Regular Meeting of Council on November 4, 2021.
