Please take notice that the Council of the Municipality of the County of Inverness has approved and adopted:
By-Law 48: Dog Control By-Law
By-Law 48: Dog Control By-Law repeals and replaces the former By-Law 13: Dogs, last amended on August 7, 2001.
The purpose of By-Law 48: Dog Control By-Law is to provide for the orderly control of dogs in the Municipality of the County of Inverness.
Second Reading and adoption was given to By-Law 48: Dog Control By-Law at the Regular Meeting of Council on March 5th, 2018.
A copy of By-Law 48: Dog Control By-Law may be read online by visiting www.invernesscounty.ca or at the office of the Municipality of the County of Inverness, 375 Main St., Port Hood, NS
